1. Estimator Tool Disclaimer

Our online Cost Estimator is designed to provide approximate pricing values for turnkey home interior projects based on generic material configurations (HDMR, BWR plywood, acrylic shutters).

All estimates generated by the tool are provisional and non-binding. Final binding quotes will be delivered in writing only after physical site measurement, material specification selection, and structural design approval.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, custom design configurations, 3D floor plans, software scripts, brand logos, and media files displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Aanganshobha Interior Private Limited and are protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our layout tools, images, or copy text is strictly prohibited.

3. Work Warranties & Handovers

Our 45-day guaranteed delivery and 5-year structural warranty are subject to the specific terms set out in your signed physical work contract. Delay penalty clauses and rent-compensation terms are valid only after design sign-off, timely payment milestones, and clear site access.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Aanganshobha Interior Private Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website, online calculator tools, or information services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
